Job Description:
Under limited supervision conduct analyses and studies to support management in developing and administering effective compensation and benefits programmes in accordance with the organisation’s reward strategy & policies.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assists business leaders with goal/role clarification to support organizational effectiveness.
- Evaluates roles & prepares records of validity using established evaluation systems to provide a measurement tool for internal equity and external competitiveness.
- May be involved in exploratory, confirmatory and/or qualitative data analysis.
- Studies and analyses compensation programs for local nationals and/or international personnel to provide input into managerial decisions about the organization’s compensation and benefit programs.
- Identifies areas of improvement & recommends enhancements to operational policies to ensure data quality.
- Participates in total remuneration surveys, model salary increases, collect internal and external data and conduct analyses to develop salary structures & ensure a competitive posture in the relevant market(s).
Job Requirements:
- GRP (Global Remuneration Professional) Certified.
- Advanced Excel.
- Data Analytics Skills.
Qualification & Experience:
- University Degree in Finance, Mathematics or Statistics
- 2-4 Years.
