Job Responsibilities:
- Do change-overs on the lines
- Visual check of all ends being feed into the seamer hopper
- Ensure machines are correctly maintained
- Trouble- shooting to ensure optimum efficiency & quality
- Ensure double seam defects are known
- Change parts to be received and checked before changeover
- Report deviation on can specification
Job Requirements:
- Motivated team player with the ability to relate to or communicate with people at all levels
- Sound knowledge of Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) Operations
- High level of quality and safety awareness
- Analytic abilities with a proven track record in problem solving
- Ability to work under pressure
Qualification & Experience:
- A minimum of two years’ experience in the setting and adjusting of high-speed machinery in a production environment would be preferable.
- Grade 12
