Job Responsibilities:
- Compile a three year rolling capital expenditure program
- Comply with all internal and external audit findings related to services, emergency equipment and property
- Audit and ensure compliance with all engineering standards and controls
- Adhere to daily and weekly maintenance schedules
- Optimise equipment in line with standard procedures to enhance performance and quality
Job Requirements:
- JDE knowledge including maintenance strategy revisions, planning, scheduling and works order processing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly pressurised , constantly changing environment
- Understanding of financial acumen relevant to maintenance processes
- Ability to motivate people, assess and develop employee skills
- Ability to work with teams and lead decision-making processes in a team environment
- Excellent interpersonal communication and listening ability
- Knowledge of service related equipment and process flow
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years management experience in mechanical/electrical maintenance
- Matric / N6
- Trade Tested Artisan in Mechanical/Electrical
