Job Description:
The core purpose of this administration support post is in coordinating and expediting the flow of work and materials between various departments. In addition, they must examine materials for compliance with procurement and storage issues and document any exceptions.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the receiving of all goods, capital items, stock and non-stock items.
Job Requirements:
- Good communication abilities and human relations.
- Ability to be pro-active and self-motivated.
- Is motivated and capable of working under pressure.
- Possess working knowledge of ITS Stores Sub-system.
Qualification & Experience:
- Matric/ Grade 12
- Driver’s License (Code: B)
- 3-5 Years Relevant Experience Including Computer Knowledge.
