Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:
- Supporting development of new projects and business opportunities
- Documentation of projects according to internal and external administration standards
- Execute the development, assembly, operation and maintenance of vehicle systems and energy systems
- Research on the electric mobility ecosystem
- Ensure all work is done in accordance with acceptable engineering methods and principles
- Provide technical support for electric vehicle system and energy system related projects
- Maintain alignment to technology and market trends for existing and new projects
- Alignment of technical specifications and standards for projects
- Support project resources to ensure project delivery with team members, stakeholders and sub- contractors
Job Requirements:
- Prior experience with Electric Vehicles will be advantageous
- Computer Science qualification will be advantageous
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal guidance
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Professional Registration: Engineering Council of South Africa (Acquired / Initiated)
Qualification & Experience:
- At least 3 – 5 years relevant experience in a multi-disciplinary engineering environment for the responsibilities (excluding internship and trainee positions)
- Proven experience and skills within Programming (Microcontrollers, LabVIEW, Visual studio, etc), MS Office
- Bachelors Degree in Electronics Engineering, or Technical equivalent
- Relevant working experience with Control Systems and Programming
