Job Description:
Responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of the end to end Human Resources function. Maintains and enhances the University’s Human Resources for Support Services by planning, implementing and evaluating employee relations and HR policies, policies, programs and practices
Job Responsibilities:

- Oversee the Efficient Execution of the end to end HR Agenda
- Efficient Management of HR Risk and Compliance

- Implementation of the HR Strategy, Policies and Procedures

Job Requirements:

Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Industrial and Organisational Psychology
- 2 – 3 years’ experience as a Manager
- 5 – 6 years’ experience as a HR Generalist, HR Business Partner or HR Specialist
