Job Description:
Provide quality claims negotiating outcomes for the Claims function through effective and efficient claims negotiations and finalisation of claims.
Job Responsibilities:
- Incompleteness of the data via email/calls
- Ensure work prioritization is followed as a practice.
- Telephone skills & etiquette/available to answer calls on Avaya
- Feedback with upstream and downstream processes on queries/escalations and
- Follow up on outstanding documentation and information
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of information received from FNOL
- Ensure reduction of car hire days on terminations
- Improve the customers experience through ensuring that the customer remains the central focal point in day to day activities
- Ensure all key matrix target are met
- Arrange car hire on Non-Drivable Vehicle Claims
- Update claims log/Portal
