Job Description:

The role of the UX Designer is responsible to work closely with the segment and country digital marketing managers/teams and MC Centre Managers to deliver on objectives. The purpose of the position will be to conduct User Experience research and testing. You will need to handle day-to-day UX research activities including recruitment, planning and coordinating usability tests, observing and running of tests,

Job Responsibilities:

• Researching markets, customers and potential customers
• Providing recommendations for improvement
• Using a variety of qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Exposure to ethnography, human computer interaction, behavioural studies, etc.
• Recruiting participants and running user testing studies
• Conducting best practice research
• Conducting User Experience research
• Working cross-functionally with UX/UI Designers and Product Managers

Job Requirements:

• UX Copywriting is a bonus
• UX Design is a bonus
• Understanding of Agile Practices
• +3 Years’ experience as a UX Researcher and Tester.
• Experience within the Financial Industry advantageous
• Relevant Qualification
• Experience designing UX and UI solutions for both mobile and web-based design
