Job Description:
The Sales Specialist is responsible for improving sales and overall business growth, has an in-depth understanding of all company products and services, and the skills and industry knowledge required. The Sales Specialist is also responsible to research and analyse trends, work with the sales team, and performing sales forecasts.
Job Responsibilities:
- Forecast staffing needs, considering contact volume and headcount requirements
- Pro-active planning and ordering of data per campaign
- Providing accurate sales forecasts
- Implement incentives and manage incentive recons
- Remain up to date with advancements in the market
- Working alongside the team to draw up strategies to increase the customer base.
Job Requirements:
- Sales and Call Center environment
- Computer Literacy, Written Skills, MS Office proficient
Qualification & Experience:
- 5 years of experience leading teams in an insurance sales environment
- Matric/ FAIS qualification
