Job Responsibilities:
- Work with internal and external counsel, risk management, financial shared services and other groups to support
- Support the implementation of industry best practices for transaction services for AMESA offices and supply chain portfolios
- Support corporate standard data management processes that will provide for consistent corporate reporting
- Analyze market trends and portfolio needs to identify opportunities and deliver both cash flow and productivity
- Align with stakeholders and implement consistent control processes for project approvals
- Develop and support the implementation of strategic plans
Job Requirements:
- Self-motivation and an ability to work autonomously, and deliver to deadlines
- Demonstrate leadership capabilities with excellent relationship management skill set with diverse employee groups and stakeholders, including senior executives
- Demonstrated project management skills such as planning, execution, negotiating and implementation
- Ability to think creatively, intellectually curious with a positive and resilient character
Qualification & Experience:
- BA / BS required
- 5-10 years’ experience in corporate real estate, both office and supply chain
- Build to Suit Industrial Development Experience
- Mastery of financial modeling
- MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred
- Professional certification: CCIM / MCR / SIOR/ Preferred
- Professional Certification
