Job Description:

Reporting to the Instrumentation Foreman, the successful candidate will provide back-up and support to the Instrument Mechanician in order to assist in maintaining instrument installations so that no problems are experienced

Job Responsibilities:

• Relief from time to time as Storeman in the Instrumentation workshop as and when required.
• Transporting tools and materials to and from where work is being carrying out.
• Assist Artisan with general cable work.
• Cleaning of tools and general cleaning duties.
• Assist Artisan with Instrumentation calibration, identifying, handing over of tools, power tools and testing equipment
• Provide general assistance to Instrument Mechanician.

Job Requirements:

• Self motivated.

• Performance driven

Qualification & Experience:

• One year working experience in a similar working environment.
• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Basic Safety course/training
