Job Description:
To facilitate, assess, monitor, evaluate and improve risk management as applied within the organization and its subsidiaries
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with the embedding of the risk management framework through advising and supporting management in its purpose and application
- Interrogate and recommend suitable controls after monitoring and evaluating the adequacy of control measures applied to mitigate risks
- Identify corrective and continuous improvement interventions for implementation where required
- Conduct regular review of the organisations risk management policy, standards, processes, and procedures to ensure they remain relevant and effective
- Liaise with Management and Employees to identify risks
- Create awareness of risks management throughout the organization and ensure that the risk management culture is embedded within the organisation
- Facilitate operational and strategic risk assessment workshops
- Proactively and continuously identify emerging risks including strategic, operational, and global water sector related risks
- Negotiate risk management interventions
- Provide risk management support and training

Qualification & Experience:
- Auditing
- Risk Management
- A Diploma in Risk Management
- Finance or Economics
- A degree in the following subjects is an added advantage:
- Management or Business studies
- Law
