Job Description:
To create, support and sustain a progressive learning environment by providing an effective service to the value chain Focused on the execution and delivery of people interventions leading to performance and morale improvement .
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage relationship with suppliers
- Support training and coaching needs
- Assist with new material trials as the need arises
- Assist with Logistics Pillar and VPO Implementation
- Support DPR Controller
- Provide information and participate in situational and systemic problem solving as required
- Investigate & minimize material (transfer) losses
- Provide information to regional production planner and divisional planning as well as suppliers
- Comply with relevant audit requirements
- Ensure MRP KPI compliance
- Responsibility for SAP master data accuracy
- Interpret and implement production plan, to ensure raw material availability
- Ensure stock accuracy in SAP and PaQT
- Audit materials stock reconciliation
- Team Leadership
Job Requirements:
- High energy levels
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Understanding of the brewing materials and the Brewing process would be advantageous
- Financial inclination
- At least 1 year experience in a logistics or procurement environment
- Ideally a relevant B Degree or National Diploma
- PC Literacy and relevant SAP experience
- Ability to plan and co-ordinate
- Ability to work under pressure with concern for detail and correctness
