Job Responsibilities:

• GRM is a very diverse team with more than 24 nationalities present in 19 countries and almost equal female / male ratio
• The name change was to emphasize and empower our teams to be more a partner for the business to develop business insights to improve our operations and manage risks in a smart proactive way
• GRM is a global function reporting to 1 global VP GRM  and reporting to the global ABI Audit Committee
• Examples of 2019 projects: Delivered a inventory analytics dashboard to bring visibility on 97% of global ABI inventory, Reviewed Wore Working Capital in Zambia delivering >90m USD in Cash Flow and conducted a review of our Commercial agreements with customers to identify gaps and opportunities
• GRM has one overall goal: MAKE ABInBev BETTER! by delivering projects that drive transformation and by developing future leaders for the company
• GRM stands for Global Risk Management and was formerly named Internal Audit

Job Requirements:

• An ambitious person who is eager to grow, develop her/his management skills and in time bring expertise to other functions
• Degree in Finance
• Ability to help solve the root cause of complex business problems in a sustainable way
• Courage to think and act differently and challenge the status quo
• Willingness to travel regionally and internationally on occasion
• Internal Audit or Internal Control experience
• Ability to quickly understand processes and highlight strategic, financial and operational risks
• Proficient in Data Analytics, SAP and SYSPRO
