Job Description:

The LCC provides leadership and guidance on legislation, regulations, proposed legislation / regulation to SAICA and its members, so that they are able to comply with their responsibilities to act in the public interest, with integrity, objectivity, professional competence, due care, confidentiality, and in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to provide comments and raise concerns
• Practical technical knowledge of legislation and regulation
• Ability to participate fully in meetings and expressing views in a constructive and meaningful manner
