Job Description:

The role is responsible to provide administrative services and office support function to the commercial Enablement department supporting the Commercial and wholesale Marketing and sales business. Support as a backup administrator and Liason with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update BEE, SQASH certificate and Wholesale license register
  • Communication to both internal and external customers.
  • Management of supplier’s accounts
  • Management of key guards’ dashboard
  • Coordinate business surveys.
  • Communication of price changes to customers.
  • Supports the team with filing and administration duties.
  • Creation of Purchase requisitions.
  • SharePoint management and document management.
  • Support as a backup billing administrator
  • Management of customer queries and complains
  • Creation of product quotations.
  • Process account reconciliation.
  • Process Customer debit / credit notes.

Job Requirements:

  • Willing to work overtime, with less supervision
  • Able to work and manage various stakeholders and be an initiator and problem solver.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • SAP experience (added advantage)
  • Proficiency and excellent skills in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel and MS Teams)
  • 3+ relevant years
