Job Description:
The role is responsible to provide administrative services and office support function to the commercial Enablement department supporting the Commercial and wholesale Marketing and sales business. Support as a backup administrator and Liason with internal and external stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update BEE, SQASH certificate and Wholesale license register
- Communication to both internal and external customers.
- Management of supplier’s accounts
- Management of key guards’ dashboard
- Coordinate business surveys.
- Communication of price changes to customers.
- Supports the team with filing and administration duties.
- Creation of Purchase requisitions.
- SharePoint management and document management.
- Support as a backup billing administrator
- Management of customer queries and complains
- Creation of product quotations.
- Process account reconciliation.
- Process Customer debit / credit notes.
Job Requirements:
- Willing to work overtime, with less supervision
- Able to work and manage various stakeholders and be an initiator and problem solver.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- SAP experience (added advantage)
- Proficiency and excellent skills in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel and MS Teams)
- 3+ relevant years
