Job Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate resources (people, equipment, finance)
• Escalate challenges relating to Silo Optimisation
• Co-ordinate Storage of Grain
• Delivery of additional services
• Co-ordinate Dispatch of Grain
• Co-ordinate Intake of Grain

Job Requirements:

• Certificate in Management/Leadership
• Grade 12
• Excellent negotiation and conflict management skills
• Understanding of grain marketing and management
