Job Responsibilities:
- Ensuring receipt of correct data sheets
- Maintaining filling systems
- Adhering to administrative legislation
- Capturing data onto relevant HR systems
- Performing administrative functions
- Participating in meetings
- Contributing to administration team effectiveness
- Communicating with clients
- Ensuring compliance to LRA, BCEA and HR policies and procedures
- Preparing appropriate reports
Job Requirements:
- Be declared medically fit for the position and environment, as determined by a risk based medical examination at the relevant Sibanye Stillwater Occupational Health Centre
- Be computer literate particularly in Microsoft Office packages and appropriate information system
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of working on Symplexity will be an added advantage
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Qualification & Experience:
- Be in possession of a HR diploma or degree
- Be in possession of Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
- Experience as a General Clerk or Labour Control Assistant in the mining environment
