We’re on the lookout for an experienced Associate Business Manager , the succesful person will need to have an entrepreneriual mindset , strong FMCG expereince and enjoy customer interaction
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain sustainable, mutually beneficial long-term relationships with suppliers.
- Supplier sales updates, analysis of supplier performance within retailers and distributors, category analysis and strike rate performance.
- Delivery of consistent standerdized reporting and communication with management
- reporting and investigation of product availability at store level.
- Understanding suppliers and their products, business analysis, and operational recommendations.
Job Requirements:
- Understanding of how categories integrate within account
- 2+ Years of Sales experience within FMCG/CPG, Retailer or Manufacturer.
- 2+ years of experience using SAP
- Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programmes (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Understanding of the industry and retailer competitive environment
- Proven ability to interact with senior management of both customer and supplier
- Ability to analyse and convert large amounts of data into insights and recommendations
- Key accounts and relationship building strengths
