Job Description:

The Field Manager will collaborate to create growth for our Clients, Customers, and our Business. Someone who has the ability to proactively influence and manage relationships and resources to ensure efficient and effective service delivery and in-store execution.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identifying and acting on new business opportunities
• Driving and achieving point of purchase objectives
• Achieving forward share and ensuring that shelf health is implemented and maintained
• Data collection, analysis and provision of insights
• Managing promotional activity

Job Requirements:

• Be able to lead a diverse team
• Focus on performance and be results driven
• Have a code 8 drivers’ license
• Demonstrate sales management skills

Qualification & Experience:

• Have 2-3 years’ sales experience in an FMCG or relevant environment
• Have a relevant Diploma/Degree at NQF Level 5
• Have at least 2 years’ supervisory experience
