Job Description:

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Regional Manager to manage operational efficiencies and achieve client / customer objectives in areas of responsibility.

Job Responsibilities:

• Effective management of reporting and data analysis for essential business use.
• Overseeing administration and asset management
• Implementing effective knowledge sharing (including management of field intelligence)
• Working toward effective client and customer relationship management
• Ensuring effective operational and people management
• Budget and financial management (as required by Business Unit)

Job Requirements:

• Have the ability to influence and motivate others
• Possess excellent leadership skills
• Be a strategic thinker and have strong analytical skills
• Good business and financial acumen

Qualification & Experience:

• Have 5 – 6 years’ relevant experience in FMCG or sales environment
• Hold a relevant Diploma or Degree at NQF level 7
• Have an advanced Excel certification
