Job Description:

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Sales Representative who will collaborate to create growth for our Clients, Customers and our Business. Someone who has the ability to proactively influence and manage relationships and resources to ensure efficient and effective service delivery and in-store execution.

Job Responsibilities:

• Achieving forward share and ensuring that shelf health is implemented and maintained
• Data collection, analysis and provision of insights
• Identifying and acting on new business opportunities
• Managing a team of in-store employees
• Driving and achieving point of purchase objectives

Job Requirements:

• Focus on performance and be results driven
• Have a code 8 drivers’ license
• Be able to lead a diverse team
• Demonstrate sales management skills

Qualification & Experience:

• Have at least 2 years’ supervisory experience
• Have 2-3 years’ sales experience in an FMCG or relevant environment
• Have a relevant Diploma/Degree at NQF Level 6
