Job Description:
We’re on the lookout for an experienced Field Manager who will ensure growth for clients, customers and Smollan by proactively influencing and managing relationships between the client, customers and employees; spotting opportunities and providing insights; managing the resources required to ensure efficient and effective day-to-day operations; and acting as a Smollan people custodian, leader and people manager.

Job Requirements:
- Possess strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Have the abaility to conduct analysis & problem solving
- Be a pro-active thinker with great leadership skills
- Possess strongnNegotiation and sales management skill
- Attention to detail with ability to plan and organise
Qualification & Experience:
- Hold a relevant Diploma/Degree at NQF level 6 or 7
- 4-5 years’ sales experience in FMCG environment at a managerial/ supervisory level
- Have a valid code 8 drivers license
