Job Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation and drive the governance of the Zero Based Budgeting (ZBB with Category Managers
• Supply Target Setting and Cascading and Assessment
• Provide actuals review and analysis during monthly deep dive meetings
• Support to Zone ZBB and Capex Director on a monthly basis with T&M decks and T&M attendance
• Coordinate the actuals reporting process together with FP&A and the NoCC
• Monthly ZBB actuals, WAPT, ZBB and Capex Champions initiatives tracking reporting and review
• Partner with FP&A/PPM Commercial organization on identifying cost impact on Commercial initiatives
• Prepare month results EBM slides and present to Global and Mancom where required
• Focus on profitability, cost control and achievement against pre set KPIs and champions initiatives
• Responsible for actuals reporting in line with Control guidelines
• Internal and External benchmarking
• Do control checks, review and adjust actuals if needed in alignment with control
• Internal and external benchmarking
• Capex budget spend management
• Provide early view on actuals of the month

Job Requirements:

• Solid knowledge of accounting and control activities
• Experience in commercial, projects, FP&A/BBP, and/or Supply at a site level is preferred
• 3 5 years managerial experience leading a team
• Good knowledge of audit, tax and treasury activities
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial information
• Highly skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, Think Cell and SAP

Qualification & Experience:

• Experience implementing Technology Business Management an advantage
• 5 years experience in financial and accounting management or similar management experience in
• 3 experience in business budgeting, planning and analysis
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance
• FMCG or Beverage industry
