Job Responsibilities:
- Provide Cash Management Solutions for TPS Clients.
- Implement effective sales strategies and plans to ensure delivery of TPS client plans in order to exceed both TPS financial targets and the quality of client experience targets (CSI)
- Implement effective sales strategies and plans to ensure delivery of TPS client plans for new client opportunities with annual projected revenues of less than twenty million Rand.
- Articulate and set the desired TPS client plan and specific client strategy to ensure that key TPS Clients are retained, their revenue is grown, and the client experience is improved
- Define and manage the desires TPS financial performance for the TPS clients in Rest of Africa and ensure that the GTB clients receive the best client experience
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of TPS Experience Minimum of 5 years in a Sales Manager roles for Oil and Gas Products.
- Being responsible for Transactional Banking Sales for CIB clients for Oil and Gas solutions.
- First Degree / Honours Degree in Finance and Accounting
- 5-7 Years Relevant sales management experience (specific industry sector experience, such as dealing with Client’s stakeholders at a senior management level.
