Job Description:
To sell short term personal line insurance products in the sales contact centre in accordance with the business needs. To facilitate the development of customer loyalty through customer management and to consistently portray a professional image.
Job Requirements:
- Good numerical ability
- Diplomatic, able to handle pressure/conflict
- Pays attention to detail
- Good verbal & written communication
- Results-orientated (target driven across all KRAs)
Qualification & Experience:
- Short Term COP & CPD
- Completed Regulatory Examination 5
- Insurance sales experience (advantage)
- Full FAIS Short Term Insurance Qualification.
- Completed Matric with NQF 5 Qualification
- Short term and long term experience or Short term experience only.
