Job Description:
takealot.com, a leading South African online retailer, is looking for a highly talented Client Relations Administrator to join our Takealot Delivery Team in Cape Town
Job Responsibilities:
- Liaising with customers to obtain further information to facilitate investigation resolution
- Understand the delivery process end to end to investigate and resolve logistic escalations, in order to provide and action resolution feedback where applicable to our clients
- Understand the different departments’ policies and procedures, in order to facilitate investigations and communicate effectively.
- Support insight generation for reporting back to business, identifying root cause for trend analysis
- Liaise with TDT (Takealot Delivery Team) branches, DC’s, Supply Chain and team leads from respective teams where necessary to drive resolution
- Process gap analysis – recommendation of business process improvements
Job Requirements:
- Good interpersonal skills – works well with others, able to motivate a complex team with diverse skills
- Focused, self-motivated and target driven; determined to succeed
- Understanding of Distribution Centre purpose, function and operation at a detail level
- Respond quickly to changing situations and works well under pressure while maintaining individual team effectiveness
- Self-starter able to initiate new projects
Qualification & Experience:
- Experience in building business reports and presentations
- Complaints handling experience
- Zendesk experience advantageous
- MS Office experience (Excel and PowerPoint specifically)
- Food delivery customer service experience advantageous
- Customer service experience
- Tertiary qualification advantageous
