Job Description:
Responsible for managing and directing all operational activities within the Returns Distribution Centre, covering above 10 000 square meters and employing over 200 staff members. A leader of change, providing overall leadership and management in operational areas such as operational efficiency, continuous improvement, driving performance and optimally satisfying customer orders.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure adequate control measures are implemented to make sure that mistakes, inaccuracies and discrepancies are highlighted, addressed and resolved timeously by the teams.
- Ensure that all products are accurately received, evaluated, stored and dispatched appropriately within KPI parameters
- Ensure stock accuracy through disciplined stock control and implement stock accuracy improvement initiatives.
- Management of stock count program/schedule, reconciliation and reporting thereof.
Job Requirements:
- Strong problem solving skills.

Qualification & Experience:
- At least 5-7 years managerial experience
- Preferably a degree or diploma in Supply chain; engineering; Logistics; management
- Previous experience and exposure in a highly complexed and detailed environment
- Experience and exposure in warehousing environment
- Experience in operational project management
