Job Description:

TFG Facilities Management has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, highly motivated individual to join our Risk team as an Risk Manager: OHS, To Identify, Manage & Mitigate Risk to TFG, its Employees, Property, Assets & Shareholders by implementing the processes, policies & contracts that is within the Occupational Health & Safety Portfolio, and simultaneously ensuring that the organization complies to all legislative requirement in Terms of the Occupational Health & Safety Act. Initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the development of health & safety policies, systems of work and procedures.
• Ensure the completion and regular review of risk assessments for all sites and operations
• Ensure full and accurate health and safety and training records are maintained.
• Current Portfolio size is +/-252 000sqm of Office space, Distribution Centre & Factories +/- 3000 Stores
• Ensure that all accidents are documented, investigated and recommended improvements implemented.
• Stop any unsafe acts or processes that seem dangerous or unhealthy

Job Requirements:

• Ability to drive change, persuade and influence both internal and external stakeholders
• Demonstrated problem solving capabilities in a complex business environment
• Exceptional leadership skills including the ability to attract, hire, retain and motivate a team
• High resilience and agility with the ability to work well under pressure and deliver to aggressive deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• High emotional intelligence and experience in leading diverse teams and individuals

Qualification & Experience:

• Proven Investigation experience
• Min 7 years in Middle Management within Risk Management in a Corporate/ Retail/ Logistics / Supply Chain / Manufacturing environment
• Risk Management Qualification e.g. Diploma/Degree in Safety Management
