Job Description:
We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer / Application Engineer to be part of our Enterprise Service Management (ESM) team to look after the Support & Development of our systems owned by the Enterprise Service Management department.
Job Responsibilities:
- The business environment and requirements are well understood
- Identify the root cause of problems and take appropriate measures
- Where applicable, prepare support handover documentation and handover to the operations team
- Manage open incidents, problems, minor changes, and service requests
- The Technical System environment and interfaces are well understood
- Risks identified and contingencies put in place during the implementation

Qualification & Experience:
- Advanced / Expert Level Service Management Administration Qualification
- Exposure to Sever Infrastructure, Networking (DNS / Routing), Transact SQL skills, SQL Reporting Services (SSRS) reporting skills, and UX / UI skills are required
- Must have an ITIL Foundations V3/V4 certification and practical application experience
- Must have a relevant 3 year IT qualification
- Advanced / Expert Level Service Management Configuration skills
- A minimum of 10-15 years of work experience within an IT Service Management environment.
