Job Description:
Effective development of aligned and integrated tactics which interpret strategic business plans. Lead with product and sales skills, facilitating high performance levels across areas of responsibility.
Job Responsibilities:
- Anticipate and meet the needs of clients and commit to continuous development and entrenchment of a customer service culture
- Focus on tactical service plans to deliver and continuously provide a consistent, seamless and positive customer experience
- Establish mutually beneficial relationships with stakeholders that support thought leadership, innovative and integrated practice solutions
- Provide input into, and implement, corporate governance, compliance, integrity and ethics policies in are of accountability in order to identify and manage risk exposure
- Contribute to the successful implementation of campaigns by setting standards and support execution
Job Requirements:
- RE 1 professional registration
- Post Graduate qualification recognized by the FSCA Registrar
- Person must not be an unrehabilitated insolvent
- 4 to 6 years’ relevant experience, within the last 5 years must have more than one-year appropriate experience to manage
- Preferably from a Fiduciary/ Wealth Management background
- Based on business requirements the role could be expected to be responsible for performing Key Individual duties
