Job Requirements:

• Have a driver’s license and own vehicle. A PDP would be an advantage.
• Be expected to live on campus.
• Have experience in working with adolescent girls
• Manage the day to day running of the boarding house
• Past teaching or nursing experience would be an advantage but not a prerequisite.
• Have a nurturing approach yet able to maintain discipline in the boarding house
• Be compassionate and have exceptional people skills
• Care for the physical, emotional, and academic needs of the boarders
